Orders

Here is a form to help you decide what you would like. This is the first step to creating an item with me. I will email you back with any questions I might have and a telephone number where I can be reached. There is no obligation to buy should you fill out this form. The purpose of this form is for me to provide you with your individual pricing information. Should you like to order, you will need to call the telephone number provided, and using a credit/debit card, pay half of the agreed amount (not including shipping). When the item is finished, I will email you a .jpg picture of the item as an attachment. To pay the remaining balance and shipping charges you will need to take the same steps as before. Upon receipt of final payment and shipping charges, your item will be mailed out.

Check each relevant box, then choose your preference. Fill in appropriate boxes. If sizes are needed please supply in inches. Most items are designed to be size adjustable. These measurements (with the exception of length) are basic guidelines.

Desired Colors		Use descriptive words. For instance, instead of "blue", say "light blue","country blue"...etc. For fabrics such as corduroy, colors may be limited.

Return Policy

I accept returns only within 10 days after you receive your item. If the item is suspected to have been worn, not refund will be given and the item will be shipped back to you.

I do believe in offering excellent customer service however, so should your item need repair please send it to me (washed and clean), and I will do necessary repairs free of charge. If it is a construction issue, and not a result of wear, please contact me prior to shipping I will pay shipping charges.
